Expanding Financial Flexibility: We champion legislation to allow Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) to be used for functional medicine and alternative therapies, making these services more accessible and affordable—especially for the self-employed and those without employer-sponsored plans.

 Enhancing Insurance Flexibility: We support enabling expenses for functional and alternative healthcare to count toward insurance deductibles, encouraging preventive care, and reducing long-term healthcare costs.

 Promoting Direct-Pay Healthcare Solutions: We advocate for increased support of direct-pay models that address the root causes of illness—such as hormonal imbalances, gut health issues, and immune dysfunction—helping to fill gaps in the current healthcare system and reduce reliance on medications.

Reducing Regulatory Barriers: We seek reforms to lessen restrictions on compounding pharmaceuticals and IV therapies, allowing healthcare providers to deliver personalized, effective treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
